PUBLIC CONTRACT

The following information is an official offer (offer) to any legal or natural person to enter into an agreement with Profitmark LLC. To enter into a contract, it is enough to read this information and the text of the contract below. The said contract is public, that is, under Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine its terms are the same for all consumers.

In accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, in the case of acceptance of the terms and conditions of payment in this Offer and the payment of the natural or legal person carrying out the acceptance of this offer becomes the CUSTOMER (acceptance of the offer is equivalent to the conclusion of the Agreement on the terms set out in the Offer). The Contract shall be considered concluded in case of payment by the Customer for the services offered by the Contractor.

This contract is of the nature of a public offer and is the equivalent of an "oral agreement" and, according to the current legislation of Ukraine, has legal force.

Profitmark LLC, hereinafter referred to as the Executor, on the one hand, and the Customer, on the other hand, have entered into this agreement as follows:

1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to deliver to the Customer the Certificate of Trademark Registration (Certificate) upon payment and to provide the services of verification and registration of the trademark to the bearer of the Certificate.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. Services are understood to mean:

2.3. Verification and application for registration of one trademark for one class of goods and services by standard procedure. The application term is not limited in time and is approximately 18-24 months.

3. COST OF THE CERTIFICATE

3.1. The cost of the Certificate is 8350 UAH (Eight thousand three hundred fifty). Cost includes:

- production and delivery of the Certificate to the customer

- Trademark verification in one class

- application for trademark registration in black and white for one resident of Ukraine by standard procedure

- delivery of the Trademark Registration Certificate to the bearer of the Certificate.

3.2 If the applicant wishes to order additional services: additional classes, accelerated registration procedure, several applicants, color marking, these options are available for an additional fee according to the site rates: profitmark.ua

4. VERIFICATION OF THE TRADE MARK

4.1 The verification shall take place within 8 working days of the certificate being submitted. As a result of the examination Profitmark.ua prepares a TM inspection report and sends it to the Applicant's e-mail and adds it to the office. In the report, Profitmark experts evaluate the risks of denial of trademark registration and make recommendations. If the risk of denial of registration is very significant, Profitmark recommends changing the designation. In this case, the applicant bears the alternative trademark name for re-free verification.

5. ORDER OF CERTIFICATE ACTIVATION

5.1 The certificate is activated when filling in the online application for registration of the trademark on the website: profitmark.ua. To activate, you must enter the certificate code in the field "promotional code".

5.2 After registration, a personal account is created for the applicant in which he or she can control the trademark registration process.
