What Is Included in Free Trademark Registration?

The prize covers the registration of one trademark in Ukraine in up to two classes under the International Classification of Goods and Services — the Nice Classification.

Consultation and registration strategy. We discuss your brand, business activities and development plans. We help you determine which sign to submit for registration and which goods and services to include in your application.

Selection of trademark classes. We analyse your business activities and recommend the appropriate class or classes. The prize covers registration in a maximum of two classes of goods and services.

Professional support. Profitmark specialists prepare and file your application and support the registration process within the scope of the giveaway rules.

Official fees and professional fees. Profitmark covers the agreed registration costs included in the prize.

One winner. One trademark. A giveaway every month.

How to Enter the Trademark Giveaway

To enter, complete two simple steps:

1. Follow @profitmark.ua on Instagram.
2. Leave the comment “хочу ТМ безкоштовно” under the official video for the current giveaway.

One participant — one comment. Additional comments do not increase your chances of winning. You do not need to purchase or pay for any Profitmark services to enter.

The entry period and winner selection date are specified in the rules for each monthly giveaway.

How We Select the Winner at the End of Each Month

At the end of each month, after entries have closed, we select the winner using a random selection service.

The service randomly selects a comment from the giveaway entries. We then check that the participant has met the entry requirements, including posting the required comment and following Profitmark’s Instagram account.

The participant selected by the service who has fulfilled the giveaway conditions is confirmed as the winner. We announce the results on our Instagram page. In the “Previous Giveaways” section of our website, we publish materials showing the selection process, the giveaway month and information about the winner’s brand.

What Happens After You Win?

We contact the winner through Instagram and arrange a consultation with a Profitmark specialist.

During the consultation, we discuss:

• Your brand name and logo.
• The goods you manufacture or sell.
• The services your business provides.
• Your current business activities and development plans.
• The appropriate classes of goods and services for your application.

Based on this information, we help you choose the most suitable trademark registration strategy in Ukraine: we identify the sign to be filed and agree on the list of goods and services.

If your final brand name or logo is not ready yet, you can complete it within the deadline for claiming the prize.

One Month to Provide Your Final Trademark

The winner has one calendar month from the date they are notified of their win to provide Profitmark with the final sign to be registered — the trademark name and, if the application includes a logo, its final artwork.

This is the deadline for providing your final trademark details, not for completing the official registration process.

If the winner does not provide their final trademark within this month, they lose the right to free registration under that giveaway.

In that case, we conduct another random draw to select a new winner from the remaining participants in the same giveaway who fulfilled its conditions. The new winner receives the prize on the same terms and has one calendar month from notification to provide their final trademark.
